James C. Holsclaw

Jim Holsclaw is the president of The Holsclaw Group with over ten years experience representing energy clients before state and federal agencies. His experience includes transmission tariff design and implementation, wholesale market tariff design and implementation, design and implementation of large-scale compliance programs, joint market design and seams management, rate recovery and structured transactions.

Mr. Hoslclaw’s experience includes representation of Independent System Operators and Regional Transmission Organizations, investor owned utilities, merchant generators, renewable energy developers. In addition to his extensive energy experience, Mr. Holsclaw serves as outside general counsel to privately held Indiana businesses providing representation on all corporate and litigation matters.

Kyle A. Swick

Kyle graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in May of 2014 and joined the Holsclaw Group in January of 2015 as their junior associate after serving as a graduate intern for the Indiana Prosecuting Attorney’s Council.

While in law school, Kyle was recognized for numerous awards for achievement both in and out of the classroom. While his practice includes advising clients with regard to energy policy matters, Mr. Swick remains committed to providing individuals with diligent representation for their legal issues, including, but not limited to: estate planning, general civil litigation, property law, and small business formation.

When he is not zealously advocating on your behalf, Kyle can be found watching the Indiana Hoosiers or canoeing down one of Indiana’s many rivers and creeks.
